This campaign increased sales more than 20% within its first few months, but it also did something else for the owners, both former marketing professionals, who were almost convinced their story of helping women feel truly beautiful could not be told. They later said:
“The strength in what you created not only reaches out to potential customers but has also created a very clear articulation for our own staff of who we are, what we stand for, and what makes us special. Because of your work, we now have a vehicle to tell the Intimacy story.”
